Service & Support

Compucharts specializes in onsite support for laser printers, copier/mfp’s, fax machines and scanners. We also offer both remote and onsite support for PC’s and I.T. With our focus on Northeast Ohio, our service area extends to MI, OH, PA and NJ. We partner with dealers nationwide to accommodate sales anywhere in the continental U.S.

The products we service include Brother, Canon, Copystar, HP, IBM, Konica Minolta, Muratec, Kyocera, Lexmark, Panasonic, QMS, Ricoh, Sharp and Xerox, among others.

At Compucharts, we assign our customers’ equipment to a primary field service representative. The same field service representative maintains them every time a PM or service call is made. Why? We want our field service representative’s to know the service history, the environment, and the human element of the equipment assigned to them. This promotes efficiency for both our customers and Compucharts.
